Various machines and automatic machines are available for bending, welding and lasering and what cannot be done automatically, we do by hand at well-equipped assembly stations, of course and with a lot of know-how.

Bending of Plastic Materials – Precise Edges for Perfect Shapes
With our bending systems, we shape thermoplastics reliably and with repeat accuracy. We have available both, 1-meter manual machines for individual and small series as well as 3-meter fully automatic machines for series production. This means that even large-format plastic panels can be bent precisely – with consistently high quality along the entire bending line.

Welding of Plastics – Permanent Connections for the Highest Demands
For further processing, we use various welding processes that ensure a permanently tight, dimensionally stable and visually clean connection. Depending on the material, component size and requirements, different processes are used:

Bonding of Plastics – Precise Connections with Minimal Emissions
Using modern adhesive techniques, we produce durable, resilient and visually high-quality connections – with maximum occupational safety and minimal emissions.

Functional Tests – Safety and Quality in Every Detail
To ensure that your plastic parts not only impress visually but also functionally, we subject our production to targeted tests. Whether strength, tightness or protection class – we reliably test every component before it leaves our factory.
Our testing procedures at a glance:
- Strength test:
The tearing of the material indicates that the bond was strong enough and can withstand the load. - Leak test:
To ensure absolute tightness, the welded containers are completely filled with water for 24 hours. If possible, closed containers can also be pressurized. The weld seams are also 100% tested here. - Protection classes in the diving pool test:
The immersion tank test makes it possible to test compliance with IP protection class up to IP 68. We can prevent moisture from penetrating by fixing the containers in the immersion tank and flooding them with clear water.







Flexible Assembly, Processing, and Finishing
Our assembly stations are fully equipped with the necessary tools to deliver functional, high-quality components. In addition to standard assembly steps, we also offer further processing options such as bonding, welding, and laser marking to ensure the functionality and durability of your products.
We also handle the finishing of your products through professional assembly - for example, by installing customer-supplied add-on parts or additional components. Our goal is to cover the entire manufacturing process seamlessly - from single-part assembly to the ready-to-sell end product.
This way, we guarantee on-time delivery and the highest quality.
Machinery
Our machinery includes six thermoforming systems from GEISS (Sesslach), featuring the latest servo-motor control, central blower, and touchscreen interface. We can process sheet sizes ranging from 500 x 400 mm up to 2,500 x 1,250 mm and material thicknesses from 2 mm to 12 mm.
For post-processing, we operate five 5-axis CNC machining centers from HG Grimme SysTech (Wiedergeltingen). These range from rotary table systems for small parts to portal and gantry milling machines with tandem tables for large parts up to 3,000 x 2,000 mm, equipped with 12-position tool changers.
In our bending and welding department, we use a 3,000 mm fully automatic bending machine from Ingenia (Altlay) and two manual machines up to 1,000 mm from Reichel (Nieder-Olm). For joining components, we employ various extruder, ultrasonic, and hot-gas welding devices, as well as a butt-welding machine.
A laser system enables precise part marking, while various measuring systems, including a Hexagon 3D measuring arm, ensure compliance with specified tolerances.
