Sales terms and delivery conditions

Order

Minimum order value: 50.00 € / 125.00 € (domestic/ international). Extra charge for small quantities: 7.50 € (for orders below the minimum order value)
 

Delivery

By parcel service, next-day delivery or freight forwarding agency. If you require next-day delivery, please register by 12 noon at the latest. (Please note: Delivery charges are considerably higher than by normal shipment)
 

Shipment

Goods are packed as standard and included in the invoice at cost price. If you do not want any packaging, please confirm this in writing. This does, however, mean that the forwarding agent‘s insurance policy will not assume any liability for damages.
 

Receipt of goods

Please inspect the goods upon receipt. Missing parts or damages must be confirmed in writing by the forwarding agent. Spare parts cannot be sent without this confirmation.
 

Returns

It is only possible to return the goods if this has been arranged over the telephone or in writing in advance. The goods will not be accepted if this is not adhered to. If we do accept goods returns by way of exception then we will charge at least 15 % of the net value of the goods, or a minimum of 16.00 € to cover our costs. Returns are not possible on hosetube boxes, transport tubes and custom-made products. The return delivery must be free and must see the goods be returned in a condition where they can be resold (1st choice).
