Where ROWEKO Thermoformed Parts Deliver Excellence
As diverse as our products are, so too are the industries that benefit from our expertise in plastic component manufacturing. Cargo Bike “CityQ”
With the goal of replacing delivery vans in urban centers year-round, development began on a comfortable cargo bike. Comfort, capacity, efficiency, and sustainability were to be achieved with this 4-wheel e-bike. From the very beginning of the development phase, we were involved to assess the feasibility of the design concepts with manufacturing methods such as thermoforming, CNC milling, bending, and bonding. This allowed necessary adjustments to be incorporated before the first tool data sets were created, helping to avoid design errors. Today, we manufacture 29 different components: from the base frame made of milled and bent lightweight material, to thermoformed fenders, front panel, and light carrier, all the way up to the roof - whether for the cargo model or the extended passenger version - all visible plastic parts are produced by us.




Cladding Parts for Autonomous Mobile Robots
As diverse as the possible applications are, so too must be the design of the cladding for these mobile robots. A thermoformed blank serves as the base, from which up to 12 different components can be CNC-milled depending on requirements - providing the housing for the robot’s complex technology.
A battery tray and the cladding for the wallbox complete the package.


LED Variable Message Signs
With 2,500 LEDs per m², a wide range of warning signals can be clearly displayed to oncoming traffic. The two-part ABS housing, equipped with a sealing gasket and a watertight bonded acrylic glass cover, ensures maximum durability and resistance to the toughest conditions throughout the year.
