Manufactured from high quality polyethylene and assembled with rust-resistant mounting parts, the hose tube containers are available in a diverse range of designs. In addition, doors can be mounted on both sides, so that the hoses can be easily removed at narrow loading points. The cleanliness of the couplings can also be monitored more easily, without the hose having to be fully removed from the container. It is also easier to handle 2 short hoses.

Types
Hose tube containers for tanker vehicles with hinge on the left or right and drip tray in the single and double versions. The length stated always refers to the hose length. The door and end cap make the total length approx. 40 mm longer. In the standard version, a door with flange is riveted to one side of the tube (riveted from inside to outside), and an end cap to the other side. On request, doors can be fitted to both sides.
Standard lengths up to 10 m ex stock. Excess lengths on request. Customised designs are naturally also possible.

Execution:
End piece and flange are each attached to the tube container with 4 VA rivets. The flange is riveted from inside to outside. The cover is riveted with a VA hinge to the flange and has an EPDM string-type gasket. The buffer tank is pushed into the flange. The cover is locked as standard with a double-bit security rotary bolt. The locking latch grasps behind the aluminum locking bracket.

Tube complete with assembled/riveted lid (cover with flange) and end-fitting, buffer tank, 1 two-way key.

Mountings
Fastening clip - quick and safe
ROWEKO's specially developed VA-steel fastening clips not only hold the tubes safely in permanent use but also set visual accents. The mounting principle makes it quick and easy to fasten the hose tube container to the vehicle. The PE safety cap rules out the risk of any injuries. The fastening clips are coordinated to the ROWEKO hose tube container range and available in different designs. At least 4 fastening clips are required to mount a standard tube 5 m in length. An 8 m tube needs 6 fastening clips (at intervals of max. 1.5 m).
